When choosing summer bedding, keep in mind that there are things you can do to keep cool even on the hottest nights! You'll want to look for bedding that is 100% cotton. Cotton is an all-natural fiber and will naturally absorb the moisture of your skin, keeping you cool. Satins and polyester items, while cool at first, quickly warm and usually aren't the best choice if you're trying to keep cool. Stay below a 500 thread count when choosing a fabric, since the higher the thread count, the thicker and denser it usually is.
