We suggest you first fit your new bedding on your bed before washing it to ensure it fits, because we do not accept returns on washed items. Our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards, but even the highest quality 100% cotton bedding will shrink if exposed to excessive heat in the dryer. Proper care instructions are included with most of our products. We also have a Bedding Care 101 section available on our website. Due to the unique nature of bedding products, especially custom-made bedding, we try to maintain a strict but fair returns policy, so please read the information below carefully:
Custom Products Return Policy:
If a product is custom made for you, it will have a comment on the product details page stating that it is a custom product and cannot be returned. If a product is custom made, we don't accept returns as it is virtually impossible for us to resell these products once they are returned, so please make sure that you intend to keep the custom product before buying. We only accept returns on custom products if they are physically defective. Color swatches on our product detail pages are basic representations and should only be used as general guidelines. The color of some products are not necessarily an exact match to what is shown on your computer screen. While we try to get colors to match as close as possible, it is impossible to get them to look exactly the same on every computer out there; therefore, color variations are not accepted as a defect on custom items. For this reason, we can mail you fabric samples for most of our custom items here. Custom items returned that are not defective will be returned to the sender.
Off-The-Shelf (Non-Custom) Products Return Policy:
If you would like to return an off-the-shelf (non-custom) product, you must submit a return request within 7 days of the day that you receive your product. Any return requests submitted after 7 days cannot be returned.
All off-the-shelf (non-custom) product returns must be returned new and in the original packaging. Please allow 10 business days to process all returns. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective non-custom returns.
All Precious Bedding products are warranted to be free of any defects in material and workmanship. If a defect is found, then the manufacturer of the product will cover the warranty on the product. If the manufacturer refuses to cover a warranty, Precious Bedding will cover the warranty.
