Overall, the bedding trend is toward a thicker mattress. Pillowtops are a popular feature in newer mattresses and this adds depth to the mattress. Many people are choosing to add a Queen Featherbed or thicker Queen Mattress Pad to increase the softness of an older, thinner mattress without the cost of investing in a new mattress. To accommodate these thicker mattresses and use of additional padding, we offer our deep pocket fitted sheets in several pocket depths. We recommend choosing a pocket that is 2-3 inches from the actual thickness of your mattress to ensure you don’t have excess fabric at the center of the bed. If you only want a fitted sheet and not an entire sheet set, we also offer individual fitted (bottom) sheets. All our fitted sheets feature strong elastic on the bottom edge for a snug secure fit. So choose the fabric and color that you love most, measure your mattress, and get ready to relax in a sumptuous new sheet set!

Pillow top mattress are becoming more and more common in today's bedroom. Keeping in pace with this trend, all of these Queen sheets are designed with today's thicker pillowtop mattresses in mind. Our deep pocket fitted sheets all come in several pocket depths to accomodate the different thicknesses of the mattresses.
When you choose a pocket size for your Queen sheets, try to choose on that is between 2-3 inches from the actual thickness of your mattress. This will ensure you aren't left with excess fabric in the center of the bed. It also ensures that the corners of your Queen sheets won't pull off of the corners of the bed.
During our product inspection process, one of the things we look for is that the elastic on the bottom edge of the fitted sheet goes all the way around. This also reduces the chances of the fitted sheet slipping or bunching up in the middle.
