You’ll adore this fabulously soft high-quality 500-thread count Pima cotton Olympic Queen fitted sheet – it’s incredibly comfortable and so gentle against your skin. The extra long and strong Pima cotton fibers are specially woven to create the softest and most comfortable fabric. It’s difficult to find Olympic Queen bedding of this quality and having extra fitted sheets on hand simplifies changing linens and expands your décor options!

This fitted sheet features a true single-ply fabric, woven in a very high 500 thread count. "Ply" refers to the number of threads twisted together when a fabric is made; ply determines the quality, feel, durability and weight of a fabric. To create higher TC, mills can double, triple, or quadruple the ply by twisting fibers together to weave 2-ply, 3-ply or even 4-ply fabrics. This means that some 1000TC sheets are actually made of 330TC 3-ply or 250TC 4-ply fabric. Please note -- higher ply sheets are easier to make this way, so be wary of merchants who offer higher ply sheets or do not list the ply. Sheets made from multi-ply fabrics are heavier, thicker, and have a higher likelihood of "pilling" -- forming annoying "little balls" or nubs on the surface of the sheet. This is a premium quality fitted sheet -- the highest possible thread count in the lowest ply at a great price!

I have a Sleep Number Expanded Queen and have purchased their bedding in the past. However, with the Sleep number bedding, you can only buy sets and I have torn the fabric on the corners twice. I was so happy to find a site that would sell just the fitted sheet and it is a much nicer fabric. It fits the bed well and has a very nice finish. They don't have the stupid cross corner elastic that I struggle so with on the the other fitted sheets. This goes on easy, stays on, and easy to take off. The only downside is that I wish it had a tag in one corner so I wouldn't have to guess which way to put it on. Although I had to wait awhile because it was custom made, it was well worth the wait.
