This is a true single-ply set. "Ply" refers to the number of threads twisted together when a fabric is made. By twisting two threads together, mills can double the thread count of a fabric. By twisting three fibers together, they can triple it and so on. Some 1000TC sets of sheets are actually 330TC 3-ply or 250TC 4-ply. Sheets are easier to make this way, so be weary of merchants who offer high ply sheets or simply do not list the ply. The higher the ply, the heavier and thicker a fabric will be. The chance of pills forming (little balls) is increased dramatically as well. 500TC is the highest thread count that a single-ply fabric can be woven. Every sheet set above 500 thread count is at least a 2-ply set. So because this set is the highest thread count possible in the lowest ply, it is a true creme de la creme to a linen connoisseur.

This sheet set is great! These sheets are known at my house as the comfortable sheets and are one of the best choices that we have because they feel so great. Everyone loves laying on them and if they would fit everyone's bed I am sure that I would be up for a fight all of the time with them. In addition these sheets are the best thing that I have owned for children because they continue to look new for some time, easily wash so that you do not have stains and actually get softer each time that you wash them. You will be impressed and happy that this is the choice that you made for your sheets.

This sheet set is something that you are sure to find to be comfortable and a set that you will not want to live without. It is a set that is going to look great as well as being comfortable. This means that you will love how these sheets look on your bed. This is going to make them a great choice for you if you care what your sheets look like as well as if you care how soft and comfortable your sheets are. There are few things in life that are going to be as great as these sheets are for this price. I could not believe the quality when I purchased them because they were so reasonable in price.

This sheet set is not at all what I was expecting but I am so happy that it went above and beyond my expectations. I thought that the 1-ply was going to be very thin and that it would not hold up well or last long. Well I was wrong because while it is thin and airy and perfect for hot summer nights, it is durable and high in quality and appears that it will last for some time to come. I would not have imagined that it would be cool enough to feel good as we were laying on it but it is so comfortable to sleep on and when you roll over there are always places to lay that are not going to be too hot.

This sheet set is nice but not quite what I was expecting. I thought that the sheets would be nice and cool on hot nights and this is true. They are nice and cool when the nights are hot. I was expecting for the money that these would be something that I would have for years to come. I am happy that I have them but I do not think that they are going to last that long because they are not the quality that is expected for something that is going to last a long time. They are lacking quite a bit in quality if that is what you are going for.

These sheets are not what I expected for high quality sheets. They are very thin and they do not seem like they are going to hold up well. They also have faded and show a lot of wash wear so I am going to say that they are probably not going to last long at my house. I wish that I had chosen something different that was going to hold up well and last longer than these seem like they are going to.

This sheet set is awesome. I had not tried pima cotton before but I wanted to try it after I had read about it. I am glad that I did because these sheets are so comfortable and soft. I think that these are a good value and they seem to stay cool well so I would suggest them for anyone living in a warm client or anyone who gets hot while they are sleeping.

The sheets are nice; extra generous sizing. But I was disappointed in the color: I ordered ivory, and they are clearly yellow, so they don't match the rest of my bedding.
