Good morning, I'm glad you sent me this opportunity. First, your service was excellent and the sheets arrived in perfect condition and rapidly.
As to the sheets, a mixed bag: sizewise, they're very good - deep enough for our deep mattress and stay in place perfectly. Also, very soft and comfortable.
Not so good, they're already starting to pill. I have washed them once before use, cool, gentle cycle, and delicate drying.
They were on the bed just over a week and are now back in the wash - again, gentle!
As they're Egyptian cotton, 400 single thread count, I did not expect pilling at this early stage, if any. Neither my spouse or I are particularly restless sleepers, nor do we have rough heels, so there should not be excessive rubbing after one week. Your comments would be much appreciated. Thank you.
