Item Description:

Fine linens begin with fine cotton. This 310 thread count set is woven with 100% long-staple Egyptian cotton that will only get softer and softer with every washing. Don't be fooled by other 310 thread count sets that are woven with cheap upland cotton. Upland cotton is a short-staple cotton. Longer-stapled cottons can be combed finer to remove more small fibers, allowing the cotton to be spun into a finer-textured thread with more strength. This allows for a much softer, lustrous fabric.

Long staple cotton dramatically reduces the chance of pills (little balls) forming on the fabric.

This set is woven into a very handsome and distinguished pin stripe pattern that will add class to any bedroom arrangement. The top of the flat sheet has a 4" hemming with piping and the fitted sheet is made for mattresses up to 18-inches thick.
