I was disappointed with the color of this comforter. It really looked one way online and quite different when I received it in person. I wish that I had been smart enough to order a fabric swatch because it actually clashes in my room and I am not happy that I have to use it for a while to be able to save money for yet another new comforter. As far as the quality goes on this one I feel like it is nice and high quality and that it will last for a while.

This comforter was a gift to me from a friend when my mother died. While I thought that it was an odd gift at first I did appreciate that she was thinking of me. A few months later she sent me a very long letter about when she lost her own mother and how she was not able to sleep well at all. This kind of turned on a light inside of my head and made me think about how wow! I guess this is something that I didn't think about. She went on to explain that a friend bought her a nice blanket and that it really helped her when she was comfortably cuddled up under it to sleep a bit better. She was hoping that this would help me in the same way. I loved that the gesture was so personal and that she really was thinking about me and how I was doing. Additionally I love this comforter. It is awesome. The color is rich and vibrant and really beautiful! She bought me the antique color which I would not have chosen on my own but really do love. Plus this is the softest and best made blanket that I have ever had. I am so happy to have this comforter and I must admit that it travels around the house with me instead of staying on my bed because I am just so comfortable cuddled up with it.
