These gorgeous sateen sheets are woven with 100% pure Egyptian cotton. The sateen weave gives the sheets an extraordinary sheen and soft silkiness. They are guaranteed to get better and better with every washing.

Each set is 2-ply, while many of the other sets out there are 3 or 4 ply. With the lower ply, the yarns of the sheet are woven much closer together to provide a much softer feel. Don't be fooled by sheets with a high ply as the manufacturers are only taking shortcuts to be able to market their sheets as "1000TC".

The elastic band goes along the entire edge so they will never slip off your mattress. The pockets are a generous 18", enough to accomodate even today's largest pillowtop.

After my mom sent me a 1000TC sheet set for my dorm room I knew that I needed another set for my bed at home. I just love the sleep I get even after one night in these sheets.
